On paper, it sounds great, but if everyone is in the same position, nobody is motivated to rise up. I think that the system should reward the successful and promote healthy competition, but it should also show mercy to the less fortunate. Instead of everyone being on the same level, our goal should be everyone being on the same upward trend.

I think profit drives innovation, and making them community oriented would help reduce greed, but also slow progress.
