If there were no mandatory laws, how do you think communities would enforce ethical standards?

Communities would try and do whatever they want because there are no set laws that they have to listen to.

I think people would work together over the issues they have in their community to make it safer.

I think communities would handle certain situations differently , like maybe all the nonviolent/crime making people would stick together and help one another.
